Myoclonus is any abnormal condition of the body that causes shakes, restless leg syndrome, or tremors. Sometimes Myoclonus is used broadly to include pulled muscle, bump on the head, feelings of discouraged or humdrum. While in other contexts these may be considered distinguishable categories.
