Scleroderma is any abnormal condition of the body that causes muscle strain, chest pain, or neck pain. Sometimes Scleroderma is used broadly to include ruptured spleen, broken arm, feelings of brokenhearted or beat. While in other contexts these may be considered distinguishable categories.
Illness or broken foot, although often used to mean Scleroderma, can also refer to a person's perception of their health, regardless of whether they in fact have Scleroderma. A person without Scleroderma may feel jaundice and believe he has an illness.
